Product introduction
DSC is designed to determine the inner heat transition relating to temperature and heat flow, it is widely used in the field of polymer development, performance testing & quality control. DSC research and development includes the following field: glass transition temperature, melting point, cold crystallization, crystallization, phase transition, oxidation induction time (OIT).
The following figure is a typical DSC curve, showing four types of transitions:
I is the second-order transition, which is the change of horizontal baseline
Ⅱ is the endothermic peak, which is caused by the melting or melting transition of the sample
Ⅲ is the endothermic peak, which is caused by the decomposition or cracking reaction of the sample
Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅲ Ⅳ is the exothermic peak, which is the result of crystal phase transition of the sample

a.The "Initial State" key is used to view real-time temperature, DSC and atmosphere information.

b."Parameter setting" key is used to set experimental parameters, which are usually set on software.

c. "Equipment Information" key to display equipment information. The administrator channel internal
personnel calibrate the temperature usage.
Software operation:

1. enter new in the menu bar of "file", as shown in the following figure
2. After clicking "New", you will switch to a new window. In the new window, enter information such as [Sample Name], [Sample Quality], [Operator], [Experimental Parameters], [Atmosphere], etc. The test type is selected as non-OIT according to customer requirements, and click [Connect Instrument]. You'll hear a noise. Pay attention to the two experiments, and the sample names cannot be the same.Otherwise, the overlay cannot be saved.

After the software setting is completed, connect the instrument, click the "△" start button in the upper left corner of the
software, the equipment will heat up according to the set program, and the software will record the data in real time.

After the experiment is completed, there will be a map. First, save the map to prevent it from being lost. And then analyze it.
